​How do I

place an order?

Call, mail or click. Our online webstores, M8O Direct and our Amazon aStore are both up and running and fully functioning now.

Payment

& Shipping

- Online orders for mail delivery placed before Saturday are shipped the following Tuesday.  Due to extreme temperatures, we are unable to ship via Canada Post from July 1st - September 15 and November 1 to April 15.  However we will personally deliver orders depending on location.  Please call for details to see if your location is within our delivery area.

& Payment Options

Our online shopping cart system is with Paypal and Square, trusted credit and debit payment systems.  We are also able to take orders over the phone and are happy to accept money orders and bank drafts mailed to our PO Box.  Please call in advance if you are placing an order by mail.

Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction.  
Worms - our worms are packed with care however after they leave our hands we cannot control the temperatures in which they are shipped or how they are handled.  We cannot guarantee safe arrival.  We want you to be happy and we take the time to make certain you get what you expect.  
If for any reason you are unsatisfied in the first 14 days, please call us immediately.  If we cannot achieve your expectations, we will be more than willing to accept a return of the remaining item and packaging and refund your purchase amount.
